Human Trafficing & Swedish Sex Trade Permitted
Prosecutor failed to press charges three and a half years ago
The sex trade involving Russian women could have been stopped three and a half years ago, but the prosecutor chose not to press any charges.
It was back in 2003 during a police investigation, when a woman said that she had come to Sweden with her boyfriend (one of the men who are now charged with pimping the Russian prostitutes), to become a prostitute. A woman called Tatiana, who today has confessed to pimping women, arranged with an apartment and showed the way to the “red light district†in Gothenburg…
Another Russian woman was also found in that same “red light districtâ€, and she gave information that could tie her to the people who are no standing trial.
The prosecutor still felt that they had too little proof of a crime being committed back then. So when the decision came to drop the investigation, the stake out of an apartment (later it was clear that this is where the prostituted women had been staying) stopped.
The woman, Tatiana, and one man have confessed to pimping Russian women. Two other men haven’t confessed to anything, they are denying all charges.
The 20 “johns†involved in this trial are being called in to testify and stand trial starting on the16th of May.

Swedish Nanny murderer admits to killing
The man suspected of murdering 20-year-old Croatian au pair Jelena Ivanisevic in Gothenburg last week has confessed to the lesser charge of manslaughter.The man, 24, was been remanded in custody on Friday by Gothenburg District Court. He was arrested on Tuesday, following the discovery of Ivanisevic’s body last Thursday night.
Police are releasing few details of their investigation. It is known that the man attended the same course as Ivanisevic at Gothenburg University, but there the motive for the killing remains unclear. Police have also confirmed that the man is not a Swedish citizen.
“We have looked into his background and have a fairly good idea of who he is, what he was doing in Sweden and his relationship to the woman,” said police spokesman Thomas Fuxborg.
“I cannot say more at present,” he added.
It is not clear how long the man had been in Sweden, but police are certain that he has been in the country for at least a year. He was a suspect in a rape investigation last year, although he was released after a remand hearing. The rape investigation remains open.
Thomas Fuxborg said that the rape investigation had so far not figured in the current murder probe.
“But once he’s remanded we may look at that too,” he said.
Ivanisevic was found in the house belonging to the family for whom she worked as an au pair. She had lived there since moving to Sweden from Croatia. The family was on vacation at the time her body was found.
Police went to the house after Ivanisevic’s friends expressed concern that she had not been in touch for a few days. Police now believe that she was killed on Easter Sunday, several days before her body was discovered. Police have confirmed that she was murdered.
An autopsy confirmed that the woman had been murdered, but police would not reveal what they found in the house or how she had been killed.

Sexual harassment rife in Swedish parliament – MPs
Below is an example of a Liberal Newspaper going out of it’s way to manufacture a Headline and insinuate scandal.No evidence of sexual harassment was found or indicated by the study done for the Swedish Newspaper, Aftonbladet.
In the study it is indicated that people were asked “Do you think it is possible that sexual harassment takes place in Swedish Parliament? It was not published if the question “Have you or anyone else you know ever been sexually harassed while working at the Swedish Parliament?†That question would have been the proper question.
An open question “Do you believe it is possible for sexual harassment to take place in Parliament was designed to create a headline and to insinuate scandal on the Swedish Government.

Sexual harassment is commonplace in Sweden’s parliament, according to a survey of current parliamentarians published on Sunday.
Over half of the members of parliament interviewed for the poll, which was carried out by Sifo on behalf of Aftonbladet, said that they believe sexual harassment takes place in parliament. Only 41 percent said that they did not believe it occurred.
Many of the 168 people interviewed said they would prefer to remain anonymous, but Social Democrat Margareta Israelsson described how a colleague once “groped her in the debating chamber”.
“I was young and quite new and didn’t do anything about it,” the 52 year old told Aftonbladet.
“I remember that I took his jacket sleeve and lifted his hand up onto the bench. I just wanted to get away from there as quickly as possible.”
One member of parliament who spoke to the paper on condition of confidentiality said that despite the fact that many people know about what goes on, nothing ever happens to prevent it:
“There are several old blokes in heavyweight positions on different committees who are known for coming on to young attractive women who are new here.”

Murdered Nanny, beaten, handcuffed also Sexually Assaulted in Sweden
Nanny Murdered, beaten, handcuffed and killed found to have been sexually assaulted
The 24-yearold who is suspected for the murder out in LÃ¥ngedrag was a year ago suspected of rape. The victim then was his girlfriend.
Jelena Ivanisevic, the murdered girl, had also been sexually assaulted before she died. This among other things lead the police to the 24-yearold.
A year ago the man was questioned by the police, suspected of having raped his girlfriend at her apartment. The prosecutor chose to drop the case, since there wasn’t enough evidence, and the girlfriend didn’t want to take matters further either.
Jelena was partially dressed when she was found dead, laying on the bathroom floor with her hands handcuffed behind her back.
The police are not telling how the suspect and Jelena got in contact with eachother, they are still investigating the man and his relation to the victim.
Th police are also being very quiet about the was Jelena was murdered. They do say that it is similar to what occurred in the rape case the man was a suspect in a year ago.
The man has denied having anything at all to do with the murder during the police interrogations.
Jelena Ivanisevic’s family back in Croatia, her father and brother, have been notified that a suspect has been arrested.
The circumstances around this case has created a big interest, and is putting pressure on the police.
The Gotheburg area police have had a lot of work lately, because not only have they managed to arrest the 24-yearold for Jelena’s murder, an 18 yearold was murdered out in GÃ¥rdsten not too long ago, they have two people arrested for that murder, and the kidnapping of the man out in Torslanda, there are two men arrested for that incident as well.
