Two Doctors Arrested in Bomb Plot Prager H2: That’s right. Doctors. So, let’s dispense once and for all this idea that poverty causes crime or poverty leads to terrorism… Joe Lieberman yesterday also made a strong statement about the effectiveness of “The Surge” in Iraq. We’ve just gotten to full troop strength, we’re seeing results and the Democrats and a growing number of Republicans want to run away. Mon, 02 Jul 2007 04:00:00 GMT

Dennis talks to John Lott, senior research scientist at the University of Maryland Foundation and prolific author. His new book is Freedomnomics: Why the Free Market Works and Other Half-Baked Theories Don’t… Al Gore writes modestly in the NY Times that the world his coming to an end and only those with his vision can save it…. About

SHOW

Another Terror Attack Thwarted in London Prager H1: A car bomb in downtown London was discovered before in exploded. If it had there almost certainly would have been heavy causalities… Liberals are incensed with the Supreme Court decision to prevent schools from engineering student populations by race. This was evident in last night’s Democratic candidates forum. Fri, 29 Jun 2007 04:00:00 GMT

Happiness Hour: If You Treat People Well Prager H2: Will they treat you well? Most would say the obvious answer is yes. So why doesn’t everybody do it? The answer, as indicated by the callers, is more complex than one might expect. Fri, 29 Jun 2007 04:00:00 GMT

Open Lines Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: why don’t we get a daily report on the number of insurgents we kill in Iraq; what would Dennis recommend as summer reading for a 14-year-old; why are fatty foods so tempting; why does Congress have a Black caucus and Hispanic caucus; what’s the point of analyzing fiction; are big families good for kids. TheRightPerspective

Hello, Africa! Flag

TheRightPerspective.com

This is a Great Program

We Love ‘John of Queens’ and ‘Frank of Staten’ Island!!!

The Left’s Complicity with Evil

1Frank goes after author Adam LeBor, who wrote an op-ed piece in the NY Times this past week calling for the re-writing of Israel’s national anthem, “Hatikvah” to be more “inclusive”. LeBor cites the national anthem of the so-called “New” South Africa as “…. an excellent example in inclusive nation-building,” which Frank uses to show how the Left does not care about the destruction their cliche-mongering brings to the countries they attack. South Africa is now an outhouse, people die fleeing Castro’s Cuba, and the people of Nicaragua are left to rot in poverty.

Lebor outs himself as a Bolsheviki when he writes that while “even knowing the horrors of Communism, the Red Army choir singing the “Internationale” still can bring on goose bumps and visions of Soviet troops charging Nazi tanks.” Using LeBor’s Leftist logic, Frank plays three national anthems that bring goose bumps to him: “La Giovinezza,” the anthem of Fascist Italy, “Dixie,” the anthem of the Confederate South, and “Horst Wessel Lied,” the anthem of Nazi Germany.

Also, Leftist propaganda in the mainstream media arguing in favor of amnesty for illegal aliens… the pious fraud Jimmy Carter… Nifong is only the symptom, the disease goes much deeper…

The Boeremag Trial

1

1After long four years, the Communist-ANC finally rested their case against the so-called “Boeremag 21” this week. Paul Kruger, one of the attorneys representing the accused, speaks with Frank van Queens about the events that led to the trial, his strategies on freeing his clients, and many other aspects of the trial that have not been heard of anywhere else.

Dennis Prager – 2007-06-25

About

SHOW

Faux Pas Peru Prager H1: (Please note: we experienced technical problems during this hour.) Cameron Diaz “apologizes” for walking around Peru with a Mao purse. The Shining Path, a Maoist group, almost destroyed that country a decade ago…. The $54 million pants man lost his lawsuit and if there’s any justice in the world will now lose his shirt… A new study claims that first borns have higher IQ than younger siblings… Immigration takes center stage this week. Conservatives, however they come down on this issue, need to avoid insulting decent people like Senators John Kyl of Arizona or Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. Leave the incivility to the Left… Barack Obama says that the religious right is sowing division. Those on the religious left who want to redefine marriage do not cause division?… A Huffington Post blogger writes that GW is not only as bad as Hitler and other “fascist dictators,” he’s worse. At least, they were sincere. GW is just greedy. Mon, 25 Jun 2007 04:00:00 GMT

Feinstein Pines for Fairness Doctrine Prager H3: She said so on Fox News Sunday yesterday. This was highly ironic given Dennis’s appearance on Hannity and Colmes on Friday where Alan Colmes and liberal columnist Ellis Henican of Newsday, assured Dennis that no serious Democrats (Dennis Kucinich is not considered serious) would think of such of thing. Military Contracting: Front & Center
The Military has always looked to outside contractors to supply everything from hammers to tanks to airplanes, establishing relationships described by President Eisenhower as the Military-Industrial complex. Today, that list of contractors is growing with the demands of war on multiple fronts, and the contractors are taking on new roles – such as translator services, personal security, and public relations. Join John Callaway and his panel of experts as they explore and discuss the real costs – and benefits – of military contracting. Guests: Shephard W. Hill, Jim Hiles, and Arthur Cyr. Prager H2: Do you walk around thinking that people treat you well or do you walk around thinking that people are trying to take advantage of you? If you have the latter attitude, happiness will elude you.

Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: how can an adult child establish boundaries with an intrusive parent; would the world be better if it was run by women; should caller go to wedding in which pacifist bride insists that her marine husband not show up in his dress blues; caller bought the ring, but worries that he’s made a mistake – what’s the right thing to do; is eharmony wrong for not catering to homosexuals.

About

SHOW

What the New York Times Deems Important Prager H1: The New York Times barely reported on the thwarted terror attack on JFK airport, relegating the story to page 30 in Sunday’s paper. Its page one story was an anguished report on how we treat teenage terrorists at Gitmo. All you need to know about the Times’ editorial position can be found in this juxtaposition… An Al Qaeda groups claim they killed 3 GI’s they captured last month… Dennis begins his analysis of the Democratic candidates debate last night.

More on the Democratic Debate Prager H2: Hillary Clinton strongly separated herself from John Edwards’ notion that the War on Terror is not real, but just a bumper sticker slogan. On Iraq, however, she fell back in with the crowd – it’s a civil war, pull our troops out now, more diplomacy.

The Democratic Debate, Part 3Prager H3: The candidates move on to issues of immigration and health care. Making English the official language of the USA is a tough question for them. Health care is easy. Just make it “free” for everyone but “the rich.”

Inside Sweden 2007-06-01

It`s a facet of life in Sweden that many Swedes won`t ever experience. Inside Sweden meets a journalist who wanted to change all that – and spent a year in a one of this country`s refugee reception centres – and wrote a book about her experiences. One senior citizen dropped off a sawn-off shotgun and one couple were relieved to get rid of a weapon they`d been hiding for decades. Sounds more like the wild west than Scandinavia – but it`s just one story from the three-month weapons amnesty that ended yesterday. Also, a disturbing report this week uncovers violence against disabled women – and it`s often carried out by their caregivers.

About

SHOW

Kidnapped BBC Correspondent Speaks

Prager H1: BBC Correspondent Alan Johnston has been a hostage in Gaza since March 12. A video of him blaming the US, Israel and the UK for all the world’s problems has just been released… Norway sends money to Hamas – for civilian purposes. Oh, please. This is supporting terrorism, plain and simple… The world isn’t that morally complex. The problem is people just don’t want to face evil. It’s a lot easier and safer to attack GW. You can do that all day and not get hurt.

And a little later in the programme, male circumcision has been historically less common in Sweden – than in many other parts of the world, but now the tragic ramifications of ceremonial and often illegal circumcisions being performed in multicultural Sweden`s is forcing authorities to act.

About

SHOW

Smoke in a Movie and Get an R Rating
Prager H1: The Motion Picture Association intends to place smoking on the same level as sex, violence and drug use. It’s foolish and counter-productive, but otherwise a great idea… The liberal media is trying to make an issue of Rudy Giuliani’s nuanced view on abortion. Will Republicans fall for this trick?

Prager H2: On the eve of Mother’s Day, Dennis asks if a child can make a parent happy. And, if so, how? Dennis offers three ways.

Open Lines
Prager H3: Per usual, callers set the agenda. Issues raised include: when do you decide when to forgive to someone; how do you comfort your wife after she’s had a miscarriage; what does a Jew have to do to get into heaven; why don’t we focus more attention on Saudi funding of anti-American schools in the US and abroad; why doesn’t Allen change the bumper music more often; isn’t smoking a religious sin.
